Margarita Novoa, Makeup Artist ("we", "us") is based in Perth and Ellenbrook, Western Australia. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose.

When you fill in an enquiry form on this website, you choose to share details such as:

- Event details you provide, such as the type of service, date, location, group size, and any notes you add
We only collect what you type into the form. We do not ask for, or store, payment card details on this website.
How we use your information
We use the details you share to:
- Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- Prepare a quote and discuss your booking
- Arrange and confirm your appointment if you decide to go ahead
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is received and read by Margarita. To deliver and store these messages, we use reputable third-party services (for example, a form delivery service and email provider). These providers process your details only so we can receive your message.
This website also loads fonts and icons from third-party content networks (Google Fonts and Font Awesome). When your browser loads these, it may share your IP address with those providers as a standard part of serving the files.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and it does not run social media advertising pixels. If that ever changes, we will update this page first and ask for consent where required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any booking that follows, and to meet any record-keeping we are legally required to do. After that, we remove them.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to limit who can access it. No method of sending information over the internet is ever completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat your details with care.
